Delivery Information

All orders placed before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked shipping. This ensures that your order will be delivered within 1-2 days.

  • We use Royal Mail and Yodel for most of our deliveries within the UK.
  • Please do note that if you are located outside of mainland UK including but not limited to the Channel Islands, your country may expect you to pay the duty fees required to import goods into your country - a fee that might be placed on delivery by your country's government.

60-day Return & Exchange

We offer a 60-day refund or exchange policy for unused items. Return shipping is covered for quality issues, but customers cover it for other reasons. Used or damaged items may incur fees.

You can return any unused and unopened item with its original packaging within 60 days of its dispatch date. Please inform us as soon as possible to ensure the hassle-free processing of your return.

A fee may apply to used or broken items, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds for credit card purchases may take up to three billing cycles to reflect on your statement.

For returns due to customer reasons, you are liable for all return shipping charges, while we cover all return shipping costs for products with confirmed quality problems.

If you return the incorrect or severely damaged item, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or offer a partial one.
