Tech Trove Essentials Return Policy

At Tech Trove Essentials, we have a single return policy that applies to all our products, with specific sections for e-bikes and e-scooters and another section covering all other items. Please review the relevant section for your product below.


General Return Policy for All Items (Including E-Bikes and E-Scooters)

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging. We can only accept returns on unused items. Any items that show signs of use are not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Exchanges
For faster exchanges, please return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may apply based on your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Return Policy

For e-bikes and e-scooters, our 60-day return policy applies, with specific conditions to maintain product integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused Products Only: Returns are accepted only for items that haven’t been used, assembled, or ridden.
  • Original Packaging Requirement: Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Items that have been used, repackaged, or lack original packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Period
Requests for returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the product.

Return Fees (Mainland UK)

  • E-Bike Return Fee: £80
  • E-Scooter Return Fee: £50

Return Fees (Northern Ireland)

  • E-Bike Return Fee: £140
  • E-Scooter Return Fee: £80
  • These fees cover safe transportation and handling costs.
