We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us, but not for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of the contract.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by English law, and any legal proceedings must be brought in the English courts unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
