3.2 If we cannot accept your order: If we’re unable to fulfil your order (e.g. due to stock issues or pricing errors), we’ll let you know and you won’t be charged.

3.3 Order reference: We’ll provide an order number once accepted. Please use this when contacting us about your SmartDash Pro purchase.

5. Changing Your Order

If you’d like to change your SmartDash Pro order after placing it, please email info@techtroveessentials.com. We’ll confirm if the change is possible.

7. Delivery

7.1 Costs: Delivery charges for SmartDash Pro products are displayed during checkout.

7.2 Timeline: We aim to dispatch your SmartDash Pro product as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after confirming your order, unless otherwise stated.

8. Your Right to End the Contract

8.1 Ending due to changes: You can cancel your order if we significantly alter the terms or pricing.

8.2 Changing your mind: You have 14 days from receiving your SmartDash Pro item to change your mind and request a refund.

9. How to Cancel

To end your SmartDash Pro order contract, email us at info@techtroveessentials.com with your name, address, order number, and reason for cancellation (if applicable).

We may cancel your order if you fail to provide payment or necessary delivery details, or if you breach our terms.

11. Issues or Complaints

12. Price and Payment

✓ All SmartDash Pro prices include VAT.
✓ Prices are confirmed at the time of order.
✓ We accept: Amazon Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, and Maestro.

13. Liability

We are liable for any foreseeable losses caused by us. However, we are not responsible for losses that could not have been anticipated when the contract was formed.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in English courts, or in the courts of your local jurisdiction if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
